Developmental (Levels 2-10) & Xcel (Bronze-Diamond)
The Competitive Team Program at Northshore Gymnastics Center is designed for gymnasts who are passionate about taking their skills to the next level. Our program provides a structured and challenging environment where athletes can train, compete, and excel in the sport of gymnastics.
Program Overview:
Developmental Levels 2-10: Our developmental program is structured to guide gymnasts through a progressive journey, starting from Level 2, where foundational skills are solidified, up to Level 10, where athletes perform highly advanced routines. Each level is designed to build on the previous one, ensuring that gymnasts develop the strength, flexibility, and technical skills necessary to compete successfully.
Xcel Program (Bronze through Diamond): The Xcel program offers a flexible yet competitive pathway for gymnasts who wish to customize their routines while competing at various levels. From Bronze, where gymnasts focus on core skills, to Diamond, where they perform complex and creative routines, the Xcel program provides opportunities for athletes to shine in a way that suits their individual strengths.
